This development features two mixed-use six-storey buildings with five levels of residential space above ground-floor commercial units. Located directly across from the Langley Events Centre, it offers a prime location and is Caliber’s first collaboration with Zail Properties.

Our Approach
For this project, we look forward to carrying out Zail Properties' vision for elevated living spaces that feature rooftop amenity areas with social and recreational elements, expansive private decks for outdoor relaxation, and the convenience of dedicated bike and storage lockers in every unit.
