Project Overview
This development consists of two separate projects, Sproule and Robinson, that will be built simultaneously with a shared offsite civil scope. Sproule features two six-storey buildings, while Robinson consists of a single six-storey residential building, both are designed to provide modern rental housing within a growing community.

Our Approach
This project represents an exciting new partnership, as we collaborate with Woodbridge for the first time and will bring high-quality rental housing to Coquitlam. With intricate offsite civil works spanning multiple properties and buildings within a busy corridor all within a dense residential neighborhood, careful planning and execution will be essential to the success of this development.
