Guilden II, the second phase of the Guilden development in Surrey’s Guildford area, continues the vision established by the original buildings. Featuring two identical six-storey residential buildings, it expands on the community’s modern living experience with enhanced amenities and thoughtful design.

Our Approach
At Guilden II, we are continuing the creation of a community centrepiece on 104th Avenue where residents will enjoy a full suite of recreational spaces, from a games room and business centre to an outdoor lounge and cooking area, along with a ductless mini-split AC system for year-round climate control.
