Project Overview
Walnut Park is a luxury condo development in Langley featuring spacious suites with 9-foot ceilings, oversized windows, and modern technology, including fibre-optic cabling and pre-wired EV charging. With energy-efficient designs, through-the-wall air conditioning, and convenient access to parks, schools, and shops, it is a perfect blend of comfort, style, and connectivity.

Our Approach
At Walnut Park, we tackled complex challenges head-on, starting foundation work without IFC drawings and completing a full framing review above grade. Despite these hurdles, we kept the project on track by swiftly adapting to changes and maintaining progress toward our key milestones.
- Exposed timbers for post/beam construction, designed for a Westcoast aesthetic.
- Redesign from steel to wood framing, keeping the project on schedule.
- 211 units, our largest single-phase project, built above a two-storey parkade.
