At HTC, we introduced the Lumon enclosed deck system, ensuring top-tier coordination and installation standards. This project's success relied heavily on completing crucial infrastructure while managing the needs of current and future developments.

First Caliber project to feature the Lumon enclosed deck system, installed with precise coordination.
Managed complex infrastructure needs while allowing Phase 1 occupancy alongside ongoing Phase 2 construction.
The parkade is divided by a fire-rated wall to facilitate occupancy of Phase 1 before Phase 2 completion.
