Our Approach
At The Hive, we focused on integrating the above-ground parking area with the commercial retail units (CRUs) and incorporating branded lighting and paint in the corridors to enhance the overall design. Despite a concrete shortage, the team managed to maintain progress and meet the scheduled occupancy date.
