Our Approach
At ATC, we embraced the challenge of constructing Building D’s steel structure atop an above-ground parkade. This required precise coordination to align the concrete cores for structural integrity. Our approach to this complex project involved meticulous planning and stakeholder collaboration.
- Steel structure built atop parkade with precision-aligned concrete stair/elevator cores.
- Coordinated the construction of a new roadway over the suspended parkade slab, integrating environmental concerns with DFO and Kwantlen First Nation.
- Largest parkade we've ever constructed, spanning 224,777 square feet.
