Project Overview
Latimer Grove features two six-storey residential condo buildings, designed for modern living with Innova AC units in every suite, maximizing ceiling height with minimal ducting. Each unit includes both a storage locker and a bike storage locker, ensuring convenience for residents.

Our Approach
For this project, there are several unique elements to construct, from a large basement-level amenity area to an expansive 12,800+ SF outdoor courtyard, to thoughtfully designed homes averaging 741 SF, which offer a balance of functionality and comfort.
