The Reasons Behind the Refresh
Since 2009, we’ve been building residential multi-family projects across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. As we’ve grown into a trusted construction and development partner over the past 15 years, we realized our old brand no longer told the full story of who we’ve become and what we were capable of.
We’ve always been about more than just construction. So we wanted our brand to reflect not just what we build, but how we build: through strong relationships, precision, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. Through this approach, we strive to shape strong communities and create lasting positive impacts. We’re doubling down on these commitments while embracing new ways to better serve our clients, partners, and team.

Our brand refresh isn’t just cosmetic—it’s a reflection of our journey. Since we first started out, we’ve delivered well over 2 million square feet of spaces where people live, work, and thrive. With expanded services from pre-construction planning to development management, our new identity emphasizes our holistic approach to construction.

The Caliber story is one driven by ambition, grit, and continuous improvement. As we expanded our capabilities and tackled larger, more complex projects, our brand needed to match.

The sharp, dynamic logo reflects precision and forward momentum and is also a nod to the many Caliber “A” players, while our updated colour palette—bold, energetic, and modern—captures the intensity and passion we bring to our work. Every visual element also mirrors our values:
