We began the year thinking it might be time to catch our breath and stabilize, but in true Caliber fashion, we kept pushing forward and breaking new ground. Through new partnerships with Zail Properties, Meritus Group, North Arc Properties, Saiya Developments, and Woodbridge Homes, we’ve established a strong foundation for future success. Growth isn’t just about numbers, it’s about the relationships we build and the impact we make in the communities we serve. With an incredible year behind us, we couldn’t be more excited about what’s ahead.

Owning Every Outcome

Since 2009, we’ve been building residential multi-family projects across At Caliber, ownership is more than a responsibility—it’s a mindset. It’s about being fully invested in every decision, detail, and outcome. It’s showing up, doing what needs to be done, and delivering quality results no matter the challenge.

This year, our team embraced the Own It factor at every level. Whether it was managing multiple complex projects simultaneously or expanding our expertise by developing team members, they consistently stepped up. When challenges arose, they owned them, learned from them, and used them to strengthen the processes we’ve worked hard to develop. At Caliber, when we commit to something, you can trust we’ll get it done right.

Crushing Every Project

2024 saw the successful completion of Latimer Village for Vesta Properties, Langley's largest master-planned community, which stands as a testament to our ability to deliver. With every phase, Vesta chose Caliber again and again, proving that our process, execution, and commitment to excellence speak for themselves.

We also took on several large-scale projects at once, showcasing the strength and agility of our team. From Latimer Village to Hayer Town Centre and Aldergrove Town Centre, we proved we can handle complexity, scale, and high expectations, without sacrificing quality. Each project brings its challenges, but solving them is what we do best. No matter the scope, we approach every build with a relentless dedication to quality, efficiency, and making a lasting impact.

Loving Every Moment

Beyond the job site and the projects we deliver, there’s something that makes Caliber more than just a construction company: the energy, passion, and camaraderie of our people. We love what we do, and that spirit shows in everything we build. It’s what makes us a great team, a great partner, and a great workplace. When people love what they do, it shows. We see it firsthand, year after year, project after project.

This year, we celebrated milestones through various team events and invested further into leadership development. A highlight of 2024 was the launch of Caliber University, designed to equip our team with the skills needed to grow and thrive. From self-leadership and goal setting to communications and negotiation, this program is our investment in the future of Caliber. Because we build up by building within.

Through consistent investment in our people, we proudly saw our first leadership cohort graduate this year. But it’s not just about developing current team members, it’s also about bringing in fresh talent. In 2024 alone, we added over 20 people to our team, all drawn to Caliber for the same reason: our culture. Our “own it, crush it, love it” philosophy isn’t just a tagline, it’s how we operate. And it’s what makes Caliber a place where people want to work, grow, and stay.

A Positive Impact for Today and Tomorrow

In 2024, we expanded into the social housing sector, partnering with BC Housing and the Township of Langley, on numerous BC Builds projects. This work aligns with our deeper mission, our Just Cause, to see a world of inspired people who have a deep desire to serve and build others to effect generational change in their communities.

As we close out our 15th year, we do so with gratitude and anticipation for what’s next. 2025 is shaping up to be another milestone year, an opportunity to own it, crush it, and love it in everything we do.
