Our Approach
At The Residences, we tackled the unique challenge of constructing our first structural steel building, requiring extensive coordination and innovation. Additionally, we worked closely with Fortis, the municipality, and consultants to quickly resolve offsite work designs and tie-ins.
- First structural steel building, presenting new challenges in coordination and execution.
- Overcame time constraints to complete Fortis design for offsite works.
- Managed our first fixed-price contract (CCDC2).
