Project Overview
Sada Village is an upcoming development that features two identical six-storey wood-frame mixed-use buildings in Phase 1, each with ground-floor commercial space and five storeys of residential units. As Caliber’s first project with Meritus Group and its first in the City of Mission, it represents a strategic expansion into a growing market

Our Approach
This project focuses on navigating the challenges of a steeply sloped site with a highly technical excavation and parkade construction. By incorporating large commercial retail units (CRUs) with two tiers of outdoor parking, we are maximizing functionality while marking Caliber’s first project in Mission—a significant milestone in our portfolio.
