Latimer Heights is Langley’s largest master-planned community, with a mix of single-family homes, townhomes, and condos. It has 74 acres of thoughtfully designed architecture and features high-end amenities like parks, walking trails, a wildlife pond, school access, and a vibrant retail hub. This transit-oriented development combines modern living with the tranquillity of nature and community in a highly connected location.

At Latimer Heights, our largest master-planned community to date, we integrated a landscape and greenway connection to the retention pond, providing a public walkway to the shops. We also constructed our first two fully concrete commercial buildings, each rising above six stories, marking a major milestone for Caliber.
