Caliber Projects Ltd. – Finding their way in a crowded and competitive market
2008 – 2012
In 2017 Caliber Projects moved into their new offices in Langley, taking their place among other thriving companies in a high demand area. The move marked another milestone for the company.
The growth and changes over the past few years had been remarkable.
In 2008, Caliber sprouted onto the Fraser Valley’s construction scene by acquiring three lots. They built and sold 3 homes, re-invested into additional lots, and repeated the process multiple times. Soon custom-built homes were added to their business mix.
As the projects grew, so did the company. In 2011, Caliber’s growth exploded when it partnered with another company and built 56 single family homes in Coquitlam.

In the following years, Caliber tailored its project management skills to meet the needs of those developers who were changing the landscape to supply housing in the Metro Vancouver and Fraser Valley areas.
In total, Caliber Projects has delivered on projects in excess of $100M construction value, including market, mid-range and luxury units.

Caliber Projects continues its trend of growth and development, armed with company-wide systems and processes essential to its operational mandate – precision and speed.
The new offices in Langley now encompass all phases of residential development, construction and management, as well as commercial building.
