Matt grew up in a household where trades and construction were the family talk. His work experience includes steel stud framing, finishing carpentry, framing and eventually a career in site supervision.

Zack is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 8 years of progressive accounting experience. A graduate from BCIT’s Financial Management (Hons) and Business Administration programs, Zack spent several years with global professional services firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he gained experience working in a number of industries including forestry, manufacturing, and technology. Prior to Caliber, Zack was Assistant Controller at Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Inc.
After completing his education in Civil Engineering, Vince worked as high school shop instructor, teaching carpentry and mechanics for 20 years. Prior to joining Caliber, he also had a small renovation contracting business.

Henk has worked in construction in the Lower Mainland for over 43 years. He’s been involved in the building of over 2,000 homes. Prior to Caliber, Henk was as a site supervisor with Soltera Developments and Noble Construction.

History

Caliber Projects Ltd. – Finding their way in a crowded and competitive market
2008 – 2012
In 2008, Caliber sprouted onto the Fraser Valley’s construction scene by acquiring three lots. They built and sold 3 homes, re-invested into additional lots, and repeated the process multiple times. Soon custom-built homes were added to their business mix.
As the projects grew, so did the company. In 2011, Caliber’s growth exploded when it partnered with another company and built 56 single family homes in Coquitlam.

2012 – 2017
In the following years, Caliber tailored its project management skills to meet the needs of those developers who were changing the landscape to supply housing in the Metro Vancouver and Fraser Valley areas.
In total, Caliber Projects has delivered on projects in excess of $100M construction value, including market, mid-range and luxury units.
